As Founder of Shamal Consulting, I develop and facilitate workshops, speaking engagements and partnership programmes focused on communication, connection and human development.
Working across environments
I work across corporate, community, education and youth environments, adapting programmes to the needs of different audiences. That ranges from employee and family wellbeing initiatives to youth empowerment, public speaking and intergenerational engagement.
Professional background
My work draws on a career spanning B2B sales and relationship management, strategic communications, community engagement and education. This range allows me to work comfortably with senior stakeholders, organisations, educators, parents and young people, and to build programmes that are both practical and relevant to the audience.
